  48. Your droll reference to Alice and your implication of the topsy-turvy 
  49. effects on your personal and professional life notwithstanding, the taking up of
  50. the Kermit torch has brought favorable recognition to USU and can do nothing but show
  51. the University in a shining light.  We who use Kermit are a small but 
  52. influential community and in this day when competition for high quality
  53. students is fierce, I would think that the powers at USU would appreciate
  54. the inexpensive but well placed advertising.  That would be especially
  55. true here in the East where Utah State is not well known.  Your work is
  56. just as if not more important than publication and we all appreciate what
  57. you and Frank give.
